A: You can book 1 month in advance. My schedule opens up 30 days out.
Shipping Policy Domestic & International
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays as our shipping carriers are unavailable.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders please expect some delays as we are a very small business.

We offer international shipping and rates are based on weight
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nail Craft Cult is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
- SHIPPING CHARGES ARE SEPARATE FROM CUSTOM CHARGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS/DUTIES CHARGES ON YOUR ORDER. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS DUTIES. DUTIES ARE DETERMINED AND COLLECTED BY YOUR COUNTRY. WE DO NOT COLLECT ANYTHING FROM THE DUTIES.
- Check with your local post office or the customs office for any import duties, local taxes, and handling charges that may be applied to your purchase. Please note that we do not determine any foreign duties or local taxes associated with imported packages.
- Customers may get notified by the customs or local post office for customs clearance. Please make sure to contact the postal office immediately when you receive a notice from customs. Delay in contact can result in a delay in delivery or even non-delivery.
REFUSED OR NON-DELIVERY SHIPMENTS
- In the case of refused or non-delivery shipments, we will deduct the shipping costs from your total refund. Refused or non-delivery shipments will be treated as canceled orders, and a cancellation fee will be incurred. The cancellation fee depends on the items and is typically between 5-15%
