Instructions:
- Apply CHROME BASE to the entire surface or with an art brush of your choice to create any design
- Depending on your lamp, cure 30-60 secs
- Rub chrome with a clean sponge or your finger
- Cure another 30 secs to lock in chrome
- Top coat with DIAMOND NO WIPE TOP for extra long lasting shine and hold
